Copyright Policy

Effective Date: April 4, 2025

Her Nation Global, LLC, including its affiliated entities Her Media Agency, Sabrina Victoria, and H Club (collectively, “Her Nation Entities”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We have adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) (“DMCA”).

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that any content on a Her Nation Entities website or platform (including but not limited to hernationglobal.comhermediaagency.comsabrinavictoria.com or hernationmagazine.com or associated social media channels) infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent including the following information:

  1. Your full name and a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of those works;

  3. Reasonably sufficient detail to help us identify and locate the allegedly infringing material (e.g. a direct link to the webpage or specific post);

  4. Your mailing address, phone number, and email address so we may contact you;

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that a copyright infringement notice has been wrongfully submitted against you, you may send a written counter-notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, including a direct link to where it appeared before;

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification;

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address; and

  5. A statement that you:

    • Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (if in the U.S.), or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (if outside the U.S.), and

    • Will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that a legal action has been filed, we may restore the removed material.

Her Nation Global, LLC complies with the provisions of the DMCA and expects users of our services to do the same. However, we are not responsible for monitoring or removing third-party content unless a valid DMCA notice is received.
